2002, Jason achieved a significant milestone by becoming a registered professional land surveyor and simultaneously founded Global Land Surveying, Inc., a company that has since become synonymous with precision, reliability, and innovation in land surveying.
Under Jason’s leadership, Global Land Surveying, Inc. has grown to be a prominent player in the field, known for utilizing modern technology and advanced techniques to deliver accurate and efficient surveying solutions. Jason’s expertise spans residential, commercial, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, construction, development, floodplain, and geodetic surveying. He is adept at using a variety of tools and technologies, including AutoCAD, GPS, robotics, LiDAR, 3D modeling, Civil 3D, Revit, and Trimble Business Center, ensuring that his projects meet the highest standards of quality and detail.
Outside of his professional achievements, Jason is a passionate auto racing enthusiast. He finds great joy and excitement in the sport, which serves as a thrilling counterbalance to his meticulous work in surveying.

Hollie Hebner, a seasoned professional in the land surveying industry, has recently achieved the milestone of becoming a registered professional land surveyor in 2023. With 16 years of experience under her belt, Hollie’s journey in surveying began during high school, working for Global Land Surveying. This early exposure provided her with a solid foundation and sparked her passion for the field.
After spending her formative years at Global Land Surveying, Hollie expanded her expertise by joining a large, prestigious engineering company. Here, she worked on intricate gas pipeline and route surveys, further honing her technical skills and industry knowledge. In 2022, Hollie returned to her roots at Global Land Surveying, bringing back a wealth of experience and a renewed commitment to the company’s mission. She completed an Associates of Science in 2015 and in Fall of 2024, she successfully completed an Associates of Applied Science in Land Surveying and Geospatial Technology.
Hollie is currently in the process of gaining the knowledge required to teach college students about land surveying, driven by her commitment to education and the future of the profession. She is passionate about title research, finding joy in uncovering historical details, and also loves tracing family history, combining her professional skills with her personal interests.
Dedicated to client education and support, Hollie enjoys helping clients understand the complexities of land surveying. Her approachable nature and willingness to share her knowledge make her a valuable resource for those she serves.

Josh Watkins began his surveying career in April 2004 when he joined Global Land Surveying, Inc. as an instrument operator. His dedication and skill quickly propelled him through the ranks, and within two years, he became a crew chief, showcasing his leadership and expertise early on.
After a brief tenure with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), Josh returned to Global Land Surveying, where he has since taken on the roles of Senior Party Chief and Survey Technician. In these positions, he is responsible for leading survey crews, coordinating projects, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality. Josh’s technical mind and passion for the latest technological innovations have made him proficient in AutoCAD and various advanced surveying methods.
Raised in the country with deep family values, Josh brings a strong work ethic and respectful demeanor to every project. He enjoys the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing, and is an active participant in a Texas cornhole league. As the Director of Civil Engineering at Global Land Surveying (GLS) and founder of Land-N-Water Engineering, Ben has built his career on practical problem-solving, thoughtful design, and helping projects move efficiently from concept to completion. His approach reflects both technical precision and a leadership style grounded in accountability and collaboration.
A proud graduate of Arizona State University, Ben’s career path demonstrates steady advancement through multiple levels of engineering into leadership. He has a deep appreciation for education and continues to value the acquisition of new skills, both professionally and personally. This mindset, combined with his well-rounded experience, allows him to effectively bridge the gap between technical design and real-world execution.
Ben’s project experience spans a wide range of developments, including roadways, utilities, industrial parks, multi-family communities, municipal improvements, commercial and hospitality projects, educational and healthcare facilities, and infrastructure systems across Texas and beyond. His work has supported everything from quick-serve restaurants and apartment complexes to large-scale public works, parks, and water facilities—giving him a comprehensive perspective on the diverse challenges of land development.
